eating principles:
• eat as little as possible.
• increase Vitamin C foods
• increase fluids
• short fast

therapeutic foods:

• carrot (Walker, p. 133)

avoid:
• cow's milk and other dairy products, white bread, refined foods, processed foods, sugar and sweets, catarrh-forming foods: oranges, tofu, tomatoes; meat, ice cream, shellfish, heavy protein foods, fats, meats, vinegars, shellfish


supplements

• general immune support
• Vitamin A 50,000 IU per day
• Vitamin C 1-6 g per day
• Zinc 30 mg per day
