qigong: cystitis

1. lying on back with legs extended and about two feet apart, turn feet out and in to cause legs to roll slightly from side to side
2. lie on back with legs drawn up and feet close to buttocks; raise hips as high as possible while breathing in, then lower hips breathing out
3. lie on back and ride imaginary bicycle
4. lie on back legs straight up, cross legs back and forth over each other, then with legs crossed, draw small circles in air
5. while standing, rub and push on region around tailbone with both hands for several minutes, knock this area 30 times or more with fist
6. standing with legs together, breathe in deeply and squat down as low as can, wrap arms around knees and squeeze while breathing out fully; repeat 6 or 7 times
