UB-23 (=): tonifies and adjusts the Kidney; drains Heat from the Lower Warmer; resolves Dampness; regulates fluid system, volatilizes the Bladder, and promotes diuresis; regulates the spine, esp. the lower back; Kidney Shu Associated point
