definition
image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out three times. Allow yourself full and unrestricted use of your wonderful imagination and see and feel yourself standing stranded by the only tree for miles around, surrounded by a vast dry desert. See the color of the sand and notice how fine it is and how easily it can get into everything. Notice that there is a storm coming and the sky is beginning to darken, though it is still early in the day. You are not dismayed, for you have with you both rope and wide, stout lengths of non-porous cloth. Working quickly, you tie both the cloth and yourself to the tree, then bundle up so that you have made for yourself a sort of tent-cocoon, so carefully wrapped that even the blown sand cannot get in. No sooner are you done, than the storm arrives, whipping and battering at your protective cloth. You have done well and you feel safe and proud as you sit out the violence of the elements in a protection of your own design. Even as the violence of the sand storm goes down, you realize that you have felt no fear and no anxiety while it raged. When the winds are spent and there is no more blowing sand, open the top portion of your cocoon and pull yourself free, noticing that your shelter was completely buried and from the outside you had looked like a sand pile. Take all the time you need to enjoy your amusement, then allow your eyes to slowly open once again. (Chavez)
