definition
image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out three times. Allow yourself to enter the reality of your imagination. Let yourself wander through the far corners of that reality, in any way that pleases you right now. But eventually, as one image or experience time after time fades into another you will discover that you have entered the soil and are moving easily between the grains of sand and fragments of once-living things that is the growth layer of the Earth. As you wonder, really wonder, just how it is that you can be having this experience, it suddenly comes to you that you have entered the mind and life doings of a lowly earthworm. A state that you had never before wanted to explore. Realize, from your new "inside" perspective, that you no longer consider yourself, in this form, to be low and allow yourself to enjoy the course of your progress through the Earth. Many new ideas are possible with a change of perspective, and you come to see that in a way you have always been a worm, or at least that most of what you had always considered your body has been a collection of elaborate improvements built around a worm. As strange as it may seem, you warm to this idea and explore for your self whatever truth may be found within it. The entire canal that runs from mouth to anus, is nothing but a super worm and serves for the whole of your human body, as the simple earthworm serves for the whole of itself alone. As the fascination of this idea overwhelms you, you realize that certain troubles that you've been having with your bowels, are the troubles of the worm. Let yourself look inward with your new worm consciousness, and see the blockage, the swelling, the irritation, and whatever damage there might have been within you and see just how simple each and every repair might indeed be. With the power that comes of originality, allow each needed repair to begin.
