image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out three times. See yourself lying quietly on your bed at home. Notice how comfortable you are. Such a blessing, you haven't been this comfortable in quite some time. Watch with a certain calm detachment as your one body divides painlessly into two. Let one of your two bodies shrink until it becomes small enough to enter the other and then do so. Through any opening that you feel comfortable choosing. Allow the body that you explore be filled with light. Take a moment to feel good about the inside of you, as you experience it, from this unique perspective. Find your way to your uterus. See how beautiful it is. Carefully enter your beautiful uterus through the cervix, and find the soon to be child. Then carefully and very gently see and feel yourself turn this beloved fetus to the proper position, with her or his head facing down toward the birth canal. Experience each sensation that you feel inside as you do so. Any strong sensation, even pain, will tell you that you are succeeding. Then leave the uterus and body by exactly the same route that you entered, back through your cervix, and out by the opening that you came in through. When you are outside, let your small self grow large again, then let the two bodies merge. Congratulate yourself upon what you have accomplished and gently open your eyes once more. On the following three days, go back into your uterus and check it to see if the vision still holds true. If not, do this visualization once again, taking a different way into the body and turning the child-to-be by different means. Within a week, return to your doctor for an examination. If the fetus hasn't turned to the proper delivery position, create this same visualization yet again, taking more time to relax as you begin and filling yourself with greater conviction, as you carry it through.
