Tuberculinum and Sulphur: main remedies for milk, milk products, eggs, sardines, cooked animal food, hair dyes; use tub. in 200C; if no change with 2 doses in one week, try sulph. 200C every week; if necessary increase potency and give every 2 weeks
Psorinum: wheat which causes eczema; chronic of tub. and use if tub. fails; try if sulph. fails

Apium graveolens: from celery; use 200C and repeat weekly
Argentum nitricum: allergic disease with affinity for skin, mucous membranes and lungs
Ferrum metallicum: to eggs
Folliculinum: history of birth control pills and/or estrogen replacement therapy, esp. bad reaction, i.e., estrogen poisoning; tendency to put others' needs before her own, and then become resentful later; woman has lost touch with her own inner rhythms and her reference has become external rather than internal; often best used in a single dose, or repeated every two weeks, possibly at new and full moons
