image: Close your eyes. Breathe in and out three times. Se yourself standing in a sunny meadow, where the warmth of the sun and soft breezes comfort you as you walk toward the forest at the edge of the field. As you draw close to the forest you already begin to smell the moist earth and feel the coolness of the shadow of the trees. Now find yourself standing at the edge of a great forest. The trees are magnificent and of every kind and form. In your heart, you hold certain knowledge that this forest and its many mysteries, extends for thousands of miles from where you stand. See and feel yourself move forward along the forest floor, winding your way among the trees. Understand that you are looking for one particular tree and that you are willing to take all the time you need to let yourself come upon it. Finally after a measureless time, you recognize the specific tree that you have been seeking with such diligence. You know it by certain characteristics that have meaning to you and you alone, as a human being. There are many interesting and unusual qualities to its growth and somehow you find that comforting. There is one thing that surprises you. Attached to the tree, in a place that you hadn't noticed before, there is the handset of a telephone. Overcome by a burning sense of curiosity, you lift it up and set it to your ear. At first you hear nothing. But soon valuable information begins to pour into you and you represent it to yourself in any way that might be meaningful. You may hear words and/or music, you may feel feelings in your body, you may see visions and lights before your eyes. But in any case you will understand and you will feel satisfied and fulfilled. Bringing your new and important understanding with you into your normal world, your eyes will gently open once again. (Chavez)
