Carbo vegetabilis: in folds of skin
Cistus canadensis: indolent and gangrenous, deep seated, about ankle and shin with copious, acrid discharges < bathing, sensitive to open air > warmth
Condurango: foul smell, obstinate and old ulcers
Fluoric acid: relieved by cold dressing
Gunpowder: around ankles and extending to knees, exuding foul pus, legs swollen, red and shiny
Hepar sulphur: excellent choice
Kali sulphuricum: multiple ulcers, > in open air
Natrum carbonicum: on heels after walking
Opium: painless, do not granulate and do not heal or spread; insensibility of parts which are in a high grade of inflammation
Phosphorus: appear to have healed, break again and again and bleed; desquamation of skin; burning in the skin
Silicea: ulcers which do not heal quickly, promotes healing > hot dressing
Sulphur: violent scratching
