Spondylotherapy: sinusoidal current or concussion of C7 if angina from cardiac weakness or concussion of T3, T4 if angina from cardiac spasms
massage: over precordium to relax coronaries or pressure to 2nd intercostal space.
spine: check and align T2-T5, esp. left side(ventricular origin yields upper pectoral pain, medial arm pain)

diathermy: short wave, place over chest, smaller electrode centered over T2, dosage moderately warm, check BP q 2 min., treatment 8-15 min. q 2 days for 10 treatments (Johnson, 1946, p. 256).
