flax oil/protein mixture

• ingredients:
3 tbsp. fresh, cold pressed flaxseed oil
7 tbsp. non-fat yogurt or tofu

• method:
1. Combine and mix thoroughly.

• suggested uses:
» for breakfast:
1. Add honey or maple syrup.
2. Add freshly ground nuts or seeds, granola.
3. Fruit juice or cut fresh fruit in season, mix in blender for a smoothie.

» for main meal:
1. Finely shredded green onions and parsley.
2. Grated carrots, green and red peppers, tomatoes and/or any freshly chopped vegetable.
3. Herbs and seasonings of your choice: basil, tarragon, thyme, oregano, cumin, coriander, marjoram, curry dill, etc.
