definition

remembering: (derived from Wenger's Psychogenics training)
Take a good, deep stretch, all through the body. Slide down in afterglow of stretch into a relaxed position. Reflect on how it feels to be relaxed as if on the edge of sleep, or on one of your best experiences of meditation, and remember it more and more completely, all the elements. Remembering an experience recreates the mental and physical basis of that experience. Breathe slowly, letting muscles go a little more with each outbreath.
