choo-choo granola


• ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cups wheat germ
1/2 cup bran
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup figs, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

• method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a big jar.
2. Store in refrigerator.
3. For breakfasts, serve with fruit juice or nut milks. A chopped apple or other fresh fruit is tasty, too. To make cookies, combine some muesli with an egg and a little honey. Bake at 375° F until lightly browned.
