cook carp with soybeans, wintermelon, and green onions into soup. Eat per day for at least 20 days (Ni, p. 151)

crush entire watermelon with rind and slowly cook to a thick syrup, take 2 tbsp. syrup in warm water three times daily (Ni, p. 15l)
using a knife, make a triangular hole in l.5 kg watermelon, reinvigorate the flesh and place 70 g peeled garlic cloves inside the watermelon. Cover the hole with the rind and steam the watermelon with the garlic and then eat whole thing while hot (Lu, p. 142)
eat 1-2 cucumbers or drink the juice (Lu, p. 142)
