UB-28 (-): regulates the Bladder and Water Pathways; promotes diuresis; expels stones (especially urinary tract); "disperses Qi, clears blockages, and facilitates functioning of the Lower Warmer to help perspiration and drainage" (Finkelstein, p. 46); clears Heat from the Lower Warmer; reinforces Yuan (Original) Qi; benefits the back and spine, esp. the lumbar vertebrae; Bladder Shu Associated point
