Basic Accessing formula:
Stage 1: Time-binding Introduction Initiating an Inner Search
"As soon as your inner mind (creative unconscious, spiritual guide, etc.) knows. . ."
Stage 2: Accessing State-bound Sources of the problems and symptoms
". . . that you can review some important memories related to the source of that problem. . ."
Stage 3: Observable behavioral signal of problem solving
". . . you will feel yourself getting more comfortable as your eyes close to review them."
When the person responds to this inner accessing formula by quieting down and closing the eyes, there is an observable behavioral response indicating that inner work is taking place. This expression of the accessing formula introduces and facilitates a process of reviewing memories associated with the problem. It is a way of focusing a person's mental resources (state-dependent memories, sensory-perceptual associations, emotions, habits and various patterns of learning, etc.) and directing them toward a creative state of problem-solving.
