• peanut oil rubbed on affected joints followed by salt glow to joints


manipulation

• spine: check and align T10, T11, T12. If hand involved check and align T4 (adjustment contraindicated with active inflammation)
• massage: affected joints, esp. after heat to joint
• nasal turbinate adjustment: esp. for chronic inflammation


electrical and oscillating

• subacute or chronic: ultrasound or diathermy
